Summary of my last couple of posts in turkish :

- My hubby bought me a sewing machine @ our 2nd anniversary and ofc I was thrilled with this awesome present ! I've been wanting one of these since who knows when. I'm such a lucky chick :D He buys me anything I want - oops I mean anythin I NEED !- you gals know what I mean :D

- Sitting in front of a sewing machine for the first time without knowing nothing about it. It was like a treasure waitin for me to be found. I search a lot - I mean A LOT- on internet for tutorials etc. And I found out about this lovely messenger bag tutorial on Threadbanger.com which is one of my best friend nowadays.

- I don't seem to be able to rest for a moment till I improve myself way much more. It is so much fun and I can't resist ^^

- Btw my dad had to have a surgery - which was a bad surprise for us - so I had to come to Ankara to be there for him. Gonna stay here for couple of days...

Weekend

Yup ! I can sing !!! As long as I'm given enough alcohol =) We went to OldCity this weekend (again!) and after watchin the brilliant actors & actresses of the improvisation show we (as whole family) owned the karaoke time ! I'm tellin you, it was so fun. But of course, only if you're drunk enough to handle the noise ^^

We left the car @ home so as to be able to drink and go across the sea by boat. For those who don't know; we live on the asian coast of beautiful Istanbul and we generally go to European coast of the city. It takes less than 30 mins to get there if you prefer the boat. Or else you can get stuck in traffic and who knows when you can reach the other side ^^

Bowl it. Drink it. Pierce it.

We took the boys out today. Went to bowling first, then headed to Kadıköy and drank a little. That's when a light bulb appeared on my head. "Let's go get pierced!"

I have a secret love for piercings. Had a few, years ago.. Now I only have @ my tongue. Oh wait, now my lips shine as well ^^

My husband also joined me and had his eyebrow pierced. He used to have many piercings too. We reminded ourselves today that we're still not "old" enough ^^

Had so much fun. Let's see :

Güya gezmeye çıktık. Bizim kuzenleri gezdirmeye hatta. Biraz bowling oynadıktan sonra Kadıköye gittik... Rahat battı bana tabiki. Hade piercing yaptıralım. Ik-mık...kem küm... derken ben dudağımı deldirmiştim bile. Kocam da gaza geldi tabi, onun kaşa da bi tane. Oh rahatladık.

Muhtelif yerlerimizde vardı yıllar önce ikimizin de.

Bugün birbirimize hala genç olduğumuzu hatırlattık. Yay!
